I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. PATAM. I arrived at 10:45, 15 minutes earlier. I came to see dr. Patam about my orafacial pain. I was made to pay $95 for procedures that they "REQUIRE" BEFORE YOU SEE THE DOCTOR - tooth polishing and tooth exam. They made me wait for 2 hours and 15 minutes before they came out and told me Dr. Patam will not see me, "SHE IS TOO BUSY to see you!" they said. Dr. Marlice Param is a brilliant physician/oral surgeon who conducted a very thorough mdeical/dental history well in advance of my planned surgery. She asked multiple questions and then actually listened to my answers!! She took the time necessary to complete a successful oral surgery. The surgery was smooth, my recovery has been without issue, I was well informed and prepared regarding all details pre-surgery, just before surgery, as well as post-surgery.
