Went here recently to get my wisdom teeth and a extra tooth extracted the surgeon and the nurses before were great and the desk was nice enough but I woke up alone (both my dad and boyfriend were waiting) and the nurse just kept telling me I can leave when I calm down, I was crying but I was completely alone and went under believing my family would be there when I woke up. It was super scary and unprofessional. Follow up I ended up with an infection!
My son had his wisdom teeth removed at the West Office by Dr. Harris. He was easy to talk with and explained the entire procedure. The staff were nice and helpful and very caring after the surgery.
I truly appreciate Dr. Lichty not only helping me but also his knowledge on my next steps to my dental care. His team did such a wonderful job! Thank you Amy, Necee, Jackie and Ashlee I appreciate you all in making me feel comfortable.
