My experience here was great. They were on time, very professional and friendly. My tooth extraction was pain free. Necee, the attendant, was very nice.
I had a great experience in the east office. The checkin process was easy and staff was friendly. Dr Blanchaert and his nurse was very friendly and caring. He explained what he was going to do before hand which I like to know. I can't say enough positive things about my experience.
I tried to book an appointment for a minor child in an urgent situation. The lady I spoke to was vulgar, condescending, and making blatant assumptions. She talked over me and didn't allow me to share my truth and concerns. I now see less-than-stellar reviews by other patients with similar experiences. With a 2.8 Google rating, something should be done about this employee.
The staff member that called me was SO rude. I was in full tears after she hung up the phone on me and she didn’t even listen to me. I had to go to the ER due to jaw dislocation and the ER doctor was the one who told me to consult with the doctor here. I have been dealing with TMJ pain for over 10 years and have significantly reduced ROM from my jaw.
