Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Had a horrible infection after they removed my wisdom teeth. The prescribed antibiotics, which did not fix the problem. After that, they avoided me and would not schedule an appointment stating the swelling taking over half my face 3 months after surgery was "normal." I'm a young adult, and I assume they thought I wanted pain pills. I finally had to bring my "daddy" in with me even though I am a 25 year old with a masters degree. That was two years ago. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment
