This place is a complete mess. We had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 and checked in on time, only to sit in the waiting room until 12:40 before the receptionist even returned to her desk. Then we were told we “didn’t have an 11:30 appointment,” despite showing our confirmation. Instead of fixing their mistake, we were told to come back at 1. We stepped out briefly and came back within 10 minutes, only to be told they had “called our name three times” (which absolutely did not happen) and now we had to wait even longer. M... read more
Absolutely terrible. They do not return phone calls and do not follow up at all for jaw surgery. They wasted an entire year of our time and my daughter still isn’t scheduled for jaw surgery. Even the supervisors don’t return calls. It’s ridiculous and not what I would expect from Yale.
These reviews are insane, i dont doubt bad things can happen I feel thats just part of being a dentist. But I can say from my experience I had two major things done here. The first one was having a very infected tooth removed, it went very easily without any issues. my infected tooth was causing me the worst pain i ever felt and they took it away in 10 mins. instant relief. I want to thank Kaitlyn Cardenas DMD and Montressa Langley CDA for such a great experience. I had such anxiety about having a executional biopsy of the lateral togue. I will say this she put the needle in I never felt a thing gentle hands and the the procedure was quick and painless! I had to give them both a hug. They are the kindest and very caring ladies. I scheduled and verified that they did have the referral paperwork when I called. When I arrived for my appointment, they couldn't find my paperwork. I had to leave without being seen. INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF!!!
