My experience here was great. They were on time, very professional and friendly. My tooth extraction was pain free. Necee, the attendant, was very nice.
I had a great experience in the east office. The checkin process was easy and staff was friendly. Dr Blanchaert and his nurse was very friendly and caring. He explained what he was going to do before hand which I like to know. I can't say enough positive things about my experience.
I tried to book an appointment for a minor child in an urgent situation. The lady I spoke to was vulgar, condescending, and making blatant assumptions. She talked over me and didn't allow me to share my truth and concerns. I now see less-than-stellar reviews by other patients with similar experiences.
