Three years ago...These folks at Oracle needed two tries to get my "predetermined prescription" correct. Two weeks ago they failed, once again, to get a correct pair of glasses for me. Sooooo, once again, they had to send them back. Today, I picked up the "corrected" glasses and they are STILL not the same as my origanal prescription!? So I'm basically screwed! My wife tells me to go back again..... but why would I? I don't know how these people stay in business?
They have always been wonderful to my whole family I highly recommend them!
Great first time visit today (especially after the horrible experience I had at Optivue about a year ago) Very personable, friendly, professional people there.
