This is such an amazing company, with amazing employees. Joel has been so helpful and kind. Not only did he make sure we found a home we were happy in, he made sure the home was perfect us. Joel has gone above and beyond for my family and I. It has been such a pleasure. We will definitely be working with Joel and Oracle Land and Homes again. It was a pleasure working with Stephen Argentati. He found the home that was just right for me! Stephen is very professional. He answered my phone calls / texts in a timely manner and was always available to show properties I was interested in seeing. His real estate knowledge was helpful in determining the pros and cons of each property. Most importantly, I never felt any pressure to buy. He made the whole process easy. We had the opportunity to work with Jill Rouse over the last two months while investigating and then buying a Villa at Saddlebrook Ranch. Right from the start, she was professional, knowledgeable and communicative. She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us through every step of the process. I would say that she went over and above to make the process of buying as comfortable as possible. We would grade her with an A+ and recommend her highly.
Joel did an amazing job helping us through the home buying process. He made sure we found the home that was perfect for us. Joel went above and beyond with the home inspection and repairs that needed to be made before we closed on the house. I cannot say how much we appreciate his expertise and follow through.
I went with my intuition when I chose Jodi for looking for our new home. While we were not thinking about moving for a few years yet we wanted to see what we could get and different neighborhoods.
