If I could give zero stars I would. My mom and I went to Panama City a couple weeks ago. We were stuck on the elevator for over 20 minutes. PCB fire and rescue had to come out. Then I had to wait 45 minutes for another elevator later on that day. We were on the 20th floor so it wasn’t feasible for us to take the stairs. My mom is a 70 year old lady with multiple health problems.
