My mom went there yesterday for an appt, and one of the desk ladies was so rude to the point where mom had to leave that location, and had to switch to Moline so she can get her leg looked at (There's more to this, but for privacy I'm not sharing much more) PSA, If you hate your job THAT much that you're gonna deflect your toxicity onto patients, then FIND ANOTHER JOB.
