The first two years I came here were positive experiences. The dentists were kind and I always felt well taken care of during my appointments. There was one issue during that time when I came in for a retainer and was told it would take about a month to receive it. After waiting over a month with no follow up, I reached out myself and found out it had never been ordered. I then had to wait another month. Have been going here for years, and recommend it highly. All the hygienists I've had over the years have been great, and Dr. Thurston is incredible. Am very grateful to have found such a good dentist in Chicago.

I went to make an appointment at Ora Dental and I am stunned at the horrible service I received from the front desk manager. She said her name is Valerie. She spoke to me like a child and was very dismissive. It seems they must have plenty of clients and need no one else.
