I visited ORA in West Loop for the first time last month. The staff was very friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. Following a periodontal exam, Dr. dela Cruz recommended a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, my insurance would not cover the procedure due to lack of medical necessity. I asked ORA if I could instead receive a regular cleaning, but was denied because of the diagnosis for a deep cleaning. I love my dentist! He is the best! That's why I keep coming back 😊. The dental office is beautiful as well. The front desk staff is always polite with welcoming smiles when I come in 😁. Yep they're stuck with me 🤣. See ya soon Doc

Did you know that even if your sonic care toothbrush still works fine - it eventually won't thoroughly clean your teeth. My dental hygienist at ORA Dental recommended that I upgrade to a new sonic care model and I could not be happier. Thank you!
