Here to comment on their staff. After the evaluation and the treatment was proposed, his team "runs" my insurance and tells me what is covered. I then come to find out later my insurance barely covered anything. Deceiving. My fault for not calling the insurance myself but they led me to believe one thing when it truly wasn't.

I have been going to Ora Dental West Loop for close to 9 years. Dr Dela Cruz has been so wonderful. I’ve had cavities filled, whitening treatments, a veneer added to improve my smile and of course regular cleanings. He is very patient and gentle. Vaish, the general manager & hygienist, is the best! I highly recommend!
Absolute con artist. Claimed I need Invisalign treatment when I absolutely do not need it. Make my perfectly aligned teeth crowded and cause me to have bone loss, gum recession, TMJ, and occlusion problem. Working with legal consul to sue this practice and this doctor now. Do your research and look this practice up, the lawyer said he have several clients came to him consulting about potential malpractice sue against this place.
