Absolutely incredible experience for my first visit! From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the doctor, every part of the experience was 10/10. The office was clean, welcoming, and the staff was genuinely friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, which made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident about moving forward. You can tell they truly care about helping patients feel better and stay better. Highly recommend!
Do not go here. I’ve been to 8 dentist practices in my life and this is the worst. I always felt like they were trying to up charge me and they did not care about me at all. I’ve had a fair amount of dental work so I know what to expect and how procedures should feel. At this place, it never felt right. They told me I needed a filling and a crown. I can’t say enough good things about Ora Dental and Dr. Schwartz. I recently had a crown fall out taking much of the tooth with it. I was able to get in to see Dr. schwartz that very day, and she quickly assessed my situation, gave me my options, and helped choose the best course of action. In no time I had a new crown that fit perfectly and was so comfortable it was if it had always been there. Dr. Schwartz is a very skilled and caring dentist with an exceptionally professional back up staff. I highly recommend!
Office visit was fine for my cleaning until the end. Dentist tried to set me up for a "treatment plan" for a night guard that the desk would set up for me. $850 and insurance doesn't cover it btw but the dentist could never mention that. Scammy care providers preying on naive people who don't know any better and have a hard time saying no.
I had such a good experience with the dentist and staff today at Ora after a horrific experience from the Dentologie office across the street. Thank you!
