Worst customer service ever. I went 1 year ago to get my annual preventive exam, which was 100% covered by my insurance (as we discussed the day of the exam). To my surprise the nurse practitioner Ora Charm authorized an extra exam and Quest sent me a bill for it. It has been a year of back and forth with Quest, the nurse Practitioner office secretary and my insurance until I was finally able to find out what happened. I had a wonderful experience at my doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They made sure I felt comfortable and well-cared-for throughout my visit. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I truly appreciate the caring and professional atmosphere.
