So glad I found Ora! I’ve lived here my whole life and it’s not easy finding a really great provider. She runs her own practice and truly cares about her patients. I’ve referred family and friends and everyone has had an amazing experience.
Worst customer service ever. I went 1 year ago to get my annual preventive exam, which was 100% covered by my insurance (as we discussed the day of the exam). To my surprise the nurse practitioner Ora Charm authorized an extra exam and Quest sent me a bill for it. It has been a year of back and forth with Quest, the nurse Practitioner office secretary and my insurance until I was finally able to find out what happened.
