My experience at this implant office was not good. The focus seemed to be on selling the $30,000 implant package rather than actually helping patients understand their options. They were very pushy and talked down about the cheaper choices. For a place charging that kind of money, the rooms and equipment looked old and outdated. While I was there, a patient called complaining about a whistling noise in their new teeth, and the staff member basically dismissed them. Seems that a business name change purged all past reviews. My tooth extraction a few years ago resulted in an infection needing serious antibiotics and probiotics. Implant was a terrible fit. Was remade and second implant was also not matching my bite pattern. Maybe they’ve gotten better over time.

Where do I begin? From getting me in on an urgent request, to the great customer service at the reception desk - Dr. Dalla and his team were incredible in allowing me to get seen quickly and seamlessly! Rocio was able to get me in and out in a timely manner, and did an incredible job! Thank you again Dr. Dalla and the Ora 4x team. :)
