West Fall Offers LLC is be far the best home buyer around. They paid for me to get my i.d., birth certificate, and even Probate Lawyer to assist me at no out of pocket cost. I would a 100% recommend them to anyone.
Bob Bash is amazing! Our company, SOLID GROUND, provided stabilization to a home that he is working on. He is professional, kind, responsive, respectful, and funny! I highly recommend his services.
We are a local electrical contractor that works with Bob. Bob has always been a great client. Easy to talk to and easy to coordinate with. Bob's customer's ideas, safety and concerns is always at the forefront of projects. It is easy to tell he really cares about his projects and customers. I hope to continue our on going relation ship with OR Home Buyers!
I love working with Bob! Communication with Bob is excellent. He does it! If he doesn't answer my call, he returns it immediately, usually while I'm leaving the voicemail. We've worked on quite a few projects together over the years, and I've always appreciated Bob's positive attitude. Trust me, you can't go wrong!
Bob and his team have been tremendous to work with and are true professionals. They make selling your house as easy as can be. I also love that they are local and have built a trusted reputation by doing what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend OR Home Buyers!
