I cannot thank O&R enough. The company responds to requests right away and are easy to work with. My A/C went out on a Sunday. I sent the office an email and Orlando was at my home on Monday morning and had had the major repair done the following morning. O&R, I thank you and highly recommend.
2 stars for showing up on time and giving a suggestion. I am no HVAC expert but I am an Engineer. He didn't do much inspection of our leak issue and the only solution he provided was changing out the secondary drip pan. Meanwhile, I looked in the attic and noticed loose ductwork, a dripping secondary drain and non fully attached pvc drain to the drip pan. He stated that they would send me a quote for a new drip pan but that quote never came through. After his inept diagnosis with no follow up quote, I was charged $181. I am ... read more
