I cannot thank O&R enough. The company responds to requests right away and are easy to work with. My A/C went out on a Sunday. I sent the office an email and Orlando was at my home on Monday morning and had had the major repair done the following morning. O&R, I thank you and highly recommend.
2 stars for showing up on time and giving a suggestion. I am no HVAC expert but I am an Engineer. He didn't do much inspection of our leak issue and the only solution he provided was changing out the secondary drip pan. Meanwhile, I looked in the attic and noticed loose ductwork, a dripping secondary drain and non fully attached pvc drain to the drip pan. I've used O&R three times now. Most recently they replaced all the air conditioning vents at my business (tough job) and once again his team did great work! His prices were fair, he was very fast to respond, and to get the job done. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Orlando!
Couple seasons ago had him do a ac tune up. I noticed my cooling wasn't as good. Gentleman began to tell me my inside air handler was original to house and began the sales pitch. Kinda stopped him cold when I had pics from the home inspection and receipts where it had been installed a year earlier. He came highly recommend but that stunt lost my trust. It ended up being a air return issue since I kept a door shut. An honest ac company found it and I installed a door vent.
