Update: It was amazing living here for one year. These guys are kind, helpful and responsible. I got my deposit back without problems super fast. 100% recommended. I've moved one week ago here! And I really like so much, there is a nice apartment and big, nice prices and very relax. Linda is very nice.

I cannot speak as someone who has lived in their properties, however when attempting to apply, even though qualified and being the first applicants by a month, we were kept waiting for almost two weeks after the apartment was ready and then told that they went with someone else because they made more money. They were nice and accommodating to our schedule for looking at the apartment and were told that they typically choose the first qualified applicant on two separate occasions. I have been living here a year. Management ignores any or all complaints. Single payne windows. Forget about baseboard heaters because comfortable does not happen and if you want to be comfortable here expect to pay 200.00 per month electric. Another greedy owner. And the plus side he will give you a dehumidifier free of charge because the mold problem is so bad. Nobody uses it..too loud and raises bills
