Ups and downs. Mostly downs. Been with them for a few years because we had no other option during Covid and such. High turnover of therapists that had little training. Tiffany and Avery were great.
We’ve been with Opya for almost 2 years and they’ve all been wonderful. We had the best therapist’s and an amazing BCBA. I’m very thankful for our time with them. Everyone is so kind, patient and understanding! ❤️
I wish I could give this company zero stars. The employees are very unprofessional, all they care about is collecting a paycheck. They couldn’t care less about your child/children. The employees don’t provide updates, and their communication lies in the cemetery; good luck trying to get in contact with anyone. I caught them in a plethora of lies and they’re beyond incompetent.
