I have been a client of Opus Virtual Offices for a few months. They provide me with phone answering service and corporate mailing address as I am a work from home mom. I recommend them to all my friends.
This company does not carry out what they advise. I had an issue with the billing manager that told me she would refund my money when I canceled two weeks after service. The billing manager stated that this was a 3 months contract and I need to cancel within 30 days. I advised that if I no longer want service after 2 weeks; I have every right to cancel. They say no small print right on their home page and use this as an advertising tool but have all these terms hidden in separate forms and agreements they say you agree to. Obviously your practice of throwing these different one at their clients is a practice to make people not read these terms. That is bad Business Practices. I hope they can realize this and if they want to keep advertising the no small print then at least condense the terms into one document.

Our agreements have 3-month terms and require a 30-day notice. The client canceled but wanted immediate termination which is not what he agreed to when he signed up. Opus offers services without small print, where it is an all-inclusive package for $99/mo. However, there is still a simple agreement that clients need to respect. We have reached out to the client by phone to discuss and awaiting a return call.
Horrible Company!! You only get 2weeks of service when you start. I applied on a Friday they are not open on the weekend and they tell you that it takes two days to get your service going. Then you are really not connected until all documents are in BUT they take your money upfront. It takes one week to get services going. Signing up with Opus VO instantaneously gave my business credibility. As a small business owner it was important that, as I promoted my business, it did not come across as too small. Having an office address helped put me on the map and having a receptionist answer my phone presents the right image. In addition the staff is always there to help and support me.
Unfair terms, tried to cancel. I expected a 30 day termination. They they hit me with a 6 month notice period. The original contract was only a 6 month lease. This is unfair and quite wrong. They made no contact with me before automatically renewing a 6 month contract. Use another provider as this is a scam operation

While most virtual office providers only offer 12 month terms, Opus offers its clients 3 month, 6 month or 12 month terms. The agreement clearly states that it will automatically renew unless client provides 30 day notice prior to the expiration of any given term.
