I had so much trouble getting my test results from my doctor and Premier Radiology. Eventually, I got the number for Opus Pathology and they were super helpful, efficient, and kind. Within minutes I finally had the test results I needed but had not been successful at getting through the more normal channels.
I received a bill for services and called for clarification. When speaking to Chreaka, she was very patient and pleasant to work with. She answered my questions and offered me a discount for payment in full without me asking. I made payment and she sent me an instant receipt via email. I could not have asked for more.
How dare they keep insurance a secret for a person who works for them who is also a diabetic. This person is going to not have medication for a year. I hope you feel better about your selves
