Today January 9 2024 I ordered a Latte at Opus Springfield , Gainesville, Florida..with almond milk and 3 pumps of caramel and paid $6.45 plus tax The latte had no taste because the person that prepared it (Victoria) did not put caramel nor enough Almond milk… I did not notice first because I combined the latte with a sweet pumpkin bread , and when I spoke with the manager about it , after I had half of the latte drunk she gave me an small amount of caramel to add to the remaining latte.
