Today January 9 2024 I ordered a Latte at Opus Springfield , Gainesville, Florida..with almond milk and 3 pumps of caramel and paid $6.45 plus tax The latte had no taste because the person that prepared it (Victoria) did not put caramel nor enough Almond milk… I did not notice first because I combined the latte with a sweet pumpkin bread , and when I spoke with the manager about it , after I had half of the latte drunk she gave me an small amount of caramel to add to the remaining latte. Normally the girls at opus spring hill are great but this morning was less than ideal I get the same thing every morning but this morning it was a awful experience. My cup was over filled dripping down my cup and tasted nothing like it normally does I was super disappointed

We visited the location inside Shands Hospital and the staff was so friendly and the coffee was amazing!! The Mayan iced coffee was the best coffee I have had in a while! Will definitely be visiting again when we come back to Shands for the next appointment!!

Love all Opus locations! Their coffee is great, and they offer a great variety of specialty drinks. I especially love the new airstream. It’s a convenient location and always fast. Angela is especially helpful if I have any questions about new drinks/new brews I haven’t tried. A Gainesville staple!
I was not impressed when I visited the airstream coffee stand in Gainesville today. The barista was rude, not interested in helping me, the coffee was bitter and required at least three packets of sweetener...I finally just tossed it. I won't be back. I am from Seattle, I have visited my fair share of coffee stands. This one needs a lot of help.

Hi Tiffany, thanks for visiting today. Sometimes service workers can come across as being rude when we’re required to wear a mask for an entire shift. The mask hides facial expressions and smiles. We would have been happy to remake your iced americano for you, or add a flavor shot or simple syrup. It really would have been no problem at all. We’ll refund your purchase.
