I've been with Opus/cascade for almost 20 years. Recently their service has deteriorate so severely, changing rules, holding money before made available to me for extremely long times, not having anyone to answer phones, answering on-line chats, giving incorrect information. Their branches now don't have ample staff or leadership so they are making decisions based on who is available (no consistency). They appear not to care.
I took a ligne about 5 min. Then it's my turn. Asked if they can notorise and I have some questions about refinance my mortgage. The banker, bold with beard, told me we don't do mortgage here and asked to wait in the waiting area. I waited an other 5 min so they can help a customer behind me. Then the same banker asked if I have an account with them. I said no. He said sorry we notorise only with our customers. Bad bad bad....
You cannot trust your money with NICER, MORE PROFESSIONAL FOLK!!!
Friendly, nice place. They were very helpful with getting several documents notarized (free for customers).
