Started treatments on 2 of my children, was very difficult to get in the office if an appliance broke-had our dentist next door try to help us instead of coming in to the office. They canceled an appointment right before- already had pulled kids from school. When we got it rescheduled pulled the kids from school again and the doors were locked, we called, waited, emailed.
