I came to Opulent Med Spa for an IV treatment but never actually got one. The chairs in the lobby are super nice and comfortable, so that’s a plus. I brought my Pedialyte in a Yeti and settled in, but nobody was at the front desk for 45 minutes. I even called the spa twice from inside, and still no one answered the phone. I could hear people in the back rooms talking though. Finally, someone showed up just to tell me they had no one there who could do IVs today. I had such a great experience with Michelle at the med spa! She treated me with the BBL laser and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything in detail, and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. I’ve already started seeing a noticeable improvement in my complexion, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. Highly recommend Michelle if you’re considering any laser treatments—she truly knows her stuff
I had a great experience going to Opulent Med spa. I am quite well-versed in MedSpa culture - and saying I was impressed with this facility is an understatement. What an absolutely pleasant experience! From start to finish of my appointment, I was so impressed. The inside itself is gorgeous and clean and the staff are so happy and friendly - everything just felt so nice. Michelle is extremely skilled, listened to my concerns, and is an overall amazing injector. I’m so glad I found my new med spa since moving to the area!
