I had a great experience going to Opulent Med spa. I am quite well-versed in MedSpa culture - and saying I was impressed with this facility is an understatement. The front staff was very welcoming, and the spa was flawlessly clean. The environment was not overstimulating and very professional. I’ve gone to the Opulent Med Spa on 3 different occasions for botox and laser treatments with Michelle and have had a wonderful experience every time! Staff is very welcoming, always playing great music, bright and clean office. I first went to Michelle to address my horrible melasma and she presented me with multiple options. I had such a great experience with Michelle at the med spa! She treated me with the BBL laser and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything in detail, and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. I’ve already started seeing a noticeable improvement in my complexion, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. Highly recommend Michelle if you’re considering any laser treatments—she truly knows her stuff
I came to Opulent Med Spa for an IV treatment but never actually got one. The chairs in the lobby are super nice and comfortable, so that’s a plus. I brought my Pedialyte in a Yeti and settled in, but nobody was at the front desk for 45 minutes. I even called the spa twice from inside, and still no one answered the phone. I could hear people in the back rooms talking though. Finally, someone showed up just to tell me they had no one there who could do IVs today.
