I came to Opulent Med Spa for an IV treatment but never actually got one. The chairs in the lobby are super nice and comfortable, so that’s a plus. I brought my Pedialyte in a Yeti and settled in, but nobody was at the front desk for 45 minutes. I even called the spa twice from inside, and still no one answered the phone. I could hear people in the back rooms talking though. Finally, someone showed up just to tell me they had no one there who could do IVs today. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Michelle, my injector, is absolutely incredible. She really takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for and explains everything thoroughly so you feel comfortable with the process. I had such a great experience with Michelle at the med spa! She treated me with the BBL laser and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything in detail, and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. I’ve already started seeing a noticeable improvement in my complexion, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. I had a great experience going to Opulent Med spa. I am quite well-versed in MedSpa culture - and saying I was impressed with this facility is an understatement. FANTASTIC business. Staff is so friendly. Place is inviting and convenient to get to. Plenty of parking. Business is clean and well-run. Making appointments is a breeze. Prices are reasonable. I’ve recommended this to all my friends. I’ve been going here for months and never had a single issue.
