I am sharing my experience with Kristen similar to other reviews about her at this salon (if I checked the negative reviews prior I would have definitely not gone). Kristen messed up my hair and said she would fix it for free and then later told me I would have to pay for it. So you mess up and I have to pay to correct it? Buyer beware. Kristen may seem sweet and understanding and will work with you during consultations to know what your end goal is but don’t be shocked if 1. You get the opposite of what you , 2. She berates you for having a negative opinion on her work , 3. To be ignored about rescheduling to fix the messed up hair. This stylist wasted my time and my money over $600 to leave me with hair that I am ashamed to leave the house with. I was treated like i wasn't worthy of the service here. My hairdresser offered to give me a discount because my hair was super thin and i had 1/4 amount of hair than a regular person. SHE OFFERED THE DISCOUNT SO I TOOK IT. Ever since then, I went to her for about 15 years, and I ignored her negative vibe until she began pushing me to the side to do 2-3 other clients, during my appt time, would offered them wine, etc and my appt would last like 2-3 hours when it would normally take 1 to 1 1/2 hours At most!
