Such an amazing experience. It was my first facial and I can't lie I was a little nervous at first but Keke educated me on my skin, provided a great service and recommended some amazing products for upkeep and I've been glowing ever since. I thought it would be a one time thing or every once in a while but I literally could not leave without subscribing to the monthly membership. I'm hooked! And can't wait to go back in a few weeks

I had my first facial ever in my life!! Keke was excellent. She knows her stuff. Very informative on the products that she uses and refers. If you ever need a good, nice, relaxing, great customer service, clean place to go, Opulence is the place
I just had the most wonderful spa treatment with Keke, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, her genuine smile and down-to-earth demeanor made me feel completely at ease. Not only was the treatment incredibly relaxing, but Keke was also so educational, sharing valuable insights and tips that I can actually use. It was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish! She also did a facial on my 13 year old daughter. Training her early to love top tier treatment!
