I rarely write reviews, yet I felt compelled to speak about my experience. I have been a patient at this office for nearly five years. While things were okay in the beginning, over roughly the past three years I’ve consistently experienced poor communication, billing issues, and what feels like a lack of concern for patients’ well-being. I love Opulence Health! Liz McCarthy actually listens to patients and takes the time to do what’s right by them! She listens to symptoms and goes from there! The staff is friendly and caring! I highly recommend Opulence for EVERYTHING!!
My wife has gone here and paid for services and all her bills. We are now getting more bills from her appointments from 3 years ago and no one answers the phone to explain whats going on. Our friends that have gone here are now getting extra bills and are confused too we are retired on a fixed income and afraid of being sent to collections.
For the first time in literally years, since having a total hystetectomy I felt listened to and heard from Liz. I have gone from no sleep unless I dosed up with thc gummies, zero libido, constant fatigue, achey joints, deppresion to feeling the best I have felt in years. No more gummies, got rid of antideppresants, no more achey joints, moodiness..I'm happier and healthier because of Liz Mcarthy...highly recommend..Julie and Christie are wonderful too..
