I have been going to Liz for a couple years now and the consistency of communication isn’t there. I don’t think it’s her….i think it’s the employees. They are quick to say it’s their system but honestly…..it’s not your systems fault for not telling your patients that you’ve moved, it’s not you systems fault for not telling your patients that you have switched to a new program and now you don’t have my previous insurance info, and it’s not your systems fault that in my two years of going I’ve never gotten a paper or email say... read more
I cannot say enough positive things about Liz and her Team. They are truly caring and committed to helping ALL patients. Liz is easy to talk to, listens and truly hears her patients. I cannot stress enough how relieved I am to have Liz in our corner!
Liz absolutely saved my life today from one of the worst migraines I've ever had. I'd been recommended Botox injections at opulence from someone who swore by them, but was always skeptical. My usual clinic couldn't get me in for my usual monthly migraine shot but Liz got me in last minute and was so kind and compassionate about helping me. Liz is amazing, but I’ve asked now for almost a month for receipts and no one can seem to get back to me which is unfortunate. First I was sent the notes that my previous doctor had put in which were astonishingly unprofessional notes. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. They can’t get back to you about anything. No customer should have to ask more than once for receipts or anything from their doctor. The fact that I’ve had to ask 4 times now is just frustrating and it shouldn’t be.
