Dr Cross is so compassionate, she listens, she cares, she empathetic, she's knowledgeable! I did not feel rushed. She askes appropiate questions. She did not impose her personal opinions based my answers to the questions.She didn't allow make an impulsive decision. Her staff are very professional! They smile and acknowledge the patients. There is not a long wait time in the lobby. She gave me the medical facts as well as other options. 10/10 will recommend.
