While I was excited for my appointment after doing some research to find a black OBGYN that excitement was short lived. I arrived to my appointment and was told to check in on my phone, which isn’t a problem but if I express the online system isn’t properly working I shouldn’t be told to just try again multiple times especially if there is someone sitting at the window that can assist. The ambiance of the lobby/waiting area is clean. All staff is very professional and Informative. From the receptionist, techs a doctors. So glad I was able to find Opulence and have them as part of my care team.
I was very impressed. The atmosphere feels nothing like a doctor’s office. Staff was polite Dr Sims was so polite made me feel very comfortable. My experience was unique and I love it.
