I have been waiting for Roberta to call me back about rescheduling services from September or refund my money! Only to find out that she is not offering any services because she has no massage therapist but "making a list of people to call when she gets one." Then when tried to call back to ask for a refund she hasn't returned my call! I am upset because there isn't many salons that I enjoy spending my time at and I have been a client for over 5 years! This is disappointing!!!

Absolutely love this place! Monica has been taking care of me and keeping me beautiful for years! No matter what you need done- hair, make-up, waxing, facial- they will make you feel relaxed & comfortable (and it's pretty hard to feel comfortable while getting waxed!) Opulence was recommended to me 6 years ago and now I recommend them to all my friends!
