My appointment was canceled 3 days before my wedding because the person “no longer works there” and didn’t offer another place or tried to get me in. Just completely canceled. Now it’s frustrating because nowhere in Plattsburgh is taking walk-ins and my wedding is in 2 days.
The atmosphere is fantastic, the owner makes you feel welcomed the minute you open the door! Vanne Valencia Nails she does amazing work, takes the time and gets every detail to look perfect.
I love Vanessa's work, but recently I had an experience that upset me. First, it takes weeks to get an appointment that fits my schedule. When I finally got my appointment and showed up, the lady said I didn't have an appointment, but I showed her my confirmation email. She apologized, and even offer me a discount but I had to leave since my appointment wasn't in their system, I tried to reschedule because I really enjoy getting my nails done but sadly there was no availability for the rest of the month at a time that works ... read more
