I love Vanessa's work, but recently I had an experience that upset me. First, it takes weeks to get an appointment that fits my schedule. When I finally got my appointment and showed up, the lady said I didn't have an appointment, but I showed her my confirmation email. She apologized, and even offer me a discount but I had to leave since my appointment wasn't in their system, I tried to reschedule because I really enjoy getting my nails done but sadly there was no availability for the rest of the month at a time that works ... read more

I booked an appointment with Vanessa for my little sister, grandmother and myself. 2 gel sets and an acrylic fill; all I have to say is I have never received such wonderful service from start to finish. Considering she was working with a figity 7 year old and an older woman who have never had their nails done she was absolutely spectacular. Very patient, kind and extremely detailed oriented.
