The staff at Optyx are thorough and knowledgeable. Chris was very polite, caring and professional. Their shop has plenty of choices of frames and the staff are equally happy to refit you own favourite frames to a new prescription. I have used Optyx on 87 and broadway for the last 10 years and have nothing but praise for their staff and premises.
I had to bring my daughter to an appointment due to a rescheduling, and unfortunately Dr. Li was rude to me and dismissive toward her. The office also charged me $75 for a brief “training” that lasted only three minutes—something I could have easily figured out myself. This experience left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of.
They are extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable at this shop. The lenses I had made there were excellent. I recommend them.
