Needed pricey sunglass lenses replaced with prescription lenses. They did a great job and everyone was exceptionally courteous and professional and friendly.
It's insane how your receptionists / sales can be so rude.
I had a frustrating experience with this location. During my visit, I was only informed on-site that I needed to switch providers, which was not communicated in advance. This lack of transparency was already inconvenient. After the visit, I requested an itemized bill needed for insurance reimbursement. I called and was told I would receive a response, but no one ever followed up. I’ve had to reach out multiple times with no response, which has delayed my ability to submit my claim.
