I’ve been going to Optyx for a few years and have always liked this location and team, but I had my best experience getting new glasses and an exam today. Tanaisia was an absolute rockstar, she understood what I was looking for and what would work for me and helped me find the PERFECT frame. Well, lost me as a client/patient permanently. I’ve spend over 1k here in the last year on glasses, am up to date on all my exams with this provider. My contact lens shipment is delayed so I walked over hoping for 2-3 days of samples to tide me over. I was told that to get samples I would need a new full medical eye exam and new contact exam, even though mine are up to date, totaling $210, just to get a few days of samples to tide me over.
