Place was great Gorge was incredibly helpful.
For a pharmacy they really do not take Controlled Substances seriously. When it comes to prescriptions like adderall, Federal Law only allows you to fill them up to three days before you run out. so you would think it would be common sense to rush that order and put it as overnight shipping or something to that effect. Nope, they take 2 days to fill the script, package it and then finally drop it off with the carrier on the 2nd day. Optum is a "great" pharmacy if you like your pharmacy to act like a money hungry grifter with dementia. Charging me hundreds for brand name drugs without my consent, and not offering returns or refunds. Giving you the runaround as to why your medication hasn't shipped, and then after you tell them to take a hike, they call your doctors office trying to "straighten things out" without your consent, aka, trying to go behind your back begging for money for their business they will continue to screw up anyway. Worst customer service in the galaxy! They send me emails regarding delayed RXs numbers, but when I login to their website there is no Rx number. When I call their 800 number they can find the RX either.
