Wish I didn't even have to give them one star. Almost a full month of trying to refill a prescription.. 3 days of medication left and finally a agent decides to tell me that not only is that medication been unavailable for quite some time but my refill is ineligible until 5 more days and then it's going to take 1 to 2 weeks to get to me... Now how does that work. I'm supposed to just wait two weeks with no medication.. their agent more or less accuse me of lying to her about how many birth control pills I had left in my pack... read more
They have serious issues at this place.
Every time I try to get into my account I have to change my password. Very irritating and behind the times. No reason for this!
Horrible pharmacy! Medications that are supposed to be expedited get sent by regular mail and then get lost. My doctor submits orders and then they “get cancelled”. 1-2 weeks later I’m wondering what happened to my medication and I’m told my doctor cancelled the order or my doctor was missing information????? Makes no sense! Run around every time!
