Doctor sends the prescriptions to them, then they pretend they don't have them and they ask you to call your doctor for them. I call the doctor, the doctor says they already sent them, I call Optum back, and they play a game. Walgreens or any store is way more reliable. If you have meds that you cannot miss a dose with, OptumRx will make sure you don't have your meds and they'll make you pay $20 to expedite the meds they should have sent weeks ago. Place was great Gorge was incredibly helpful.
For a pharmacy they really do not take Controlled Substances seriously. When it comes to prescriptions like adderall, Federal Law only allows you to fill them up to three days before you run out. so you would think it would be common sense to rush that order and put it as overnight shipping or something to that effect. Nope, they take 2 days to fill the script, package it and then finally drop it off with the carrier on the 2nd day.
