Poorly operated, no direction. Don't expect anything great. Being upset might be the only guarantee! Why schedule physical and blood draw at 425 if the Lab closes at 430? Im not the coordinator. This was my second visit, no instructions, nothing. Just show up after fasting all day and be told they are closed. What a waste of EVERYTHING! I bet they won't contact me either! Pathetic! Booooo! Booooooo! Go somewhere else!
Drove half an hour to my scheduled appointment to be told “oh we’re in a meeting right now, somebody should’ve called you to reschedule”. (Nobody called me about rescheduling)
Dr Riffel is awesome, he’s a great provider. He is prompt with meds and referrals if needed. I have signed up my whole family to this office. Front desk ladies are very helpful also.

This review is not for the providers in the office, it is for Amanda at the front desk. I am having an issue with a bill I received I called billing to no avail, I stopped by the office on East Bell Rd, on Friday December 27th after calling billing earlier in the day, Amanda was kind enough to take the time to call billing herself, billing told her the same thing they told me, Amanda gave me another billing number to call.
