Dr Gustavo Riffel and his medical assistant (Loran) are exceptional, attentive and caring.
I was extremely frustrated/disappointed with the appointment I had for my Annual Wellness Exam on 9/9/26. This appointment had been scheduled for a year and was originally scheduled at the Deer Valley Optum location with Dr Ostrom. That location closed in May and Dr Ostrom is no longer with Optum. (She is no longer in network with my insurance). My appointment was with Dr Cavalrez-Cowden whom I had seen previously and was fine with keeping this appointment with her.
