I used to go here yearly until I had this horrible experience. This location always gave me issues with scheduling and contacting their staff but I overlooked this aspect. The last time I went, I went in for a yearly checkup which is covered once a year in my insurance. During my checkup, Dr. Gray asked me if I have any other issues, I told her my foot was hurting and she took a quick look. Not sure this place is truly patient oriented. My appointment was quick but not very thorough. I got the minimal amount of care needed for my situation.Which leads me to believe they might have a methodology geared towards Numbers vs. Quality of care.
Dr.s don't keep you waiting. Follow-ups with specialists are quick and easy. Very caring facility, everyone seems like they genuinely care.
