I like the doctors here, but Opium is seriously the worst company. They messed up my appointment time, so I waited an hour and a half for the right one. Then, I waited another hour for the doctor. Dr. Knap is great and ordered my prescriptions and referrals. I needed changes to the referral and the pharmacy wouldn't take my insurance, so I needed it sent to another pharmacy. Very happy…Dr. Burris is what you want in a doctor…very happy
My first time at this place & I’m super unhappy. It doesn’t matter if you come early or not; you have to dedicate your whole day to them. However, the visit will literally take two seconds with a PA. My copay is considered high. If I get back my copay & leave is an option, I will do that.

Terrible appointment arrangement. Waiting time is over 1 hr every time we came. Then why don’t you just schedule less patients and leave more room in between? If you can only see patient at 1pm, why ask us come at 11am?
