Never wait long, staff is professional. Shawn Plowman, PA is absolutely outstanding in every way. Quick update - I was in here again today (4 years since posting this review and I still have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff and experience. Great front office staff, I was seen on time, and Shawn is the best care provider. Thank you all again for keeping me and my family healthy!
Not an “Urgent Care.” Staff turned away a 60yr old patient with Covid-19 after the patient was told by doctors to go to urgent care. Optum would not see the patient and only offered a video call with a PA later in the day. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and care, would go to any other urgent care before coming here again
The PA Matt Biasca that was in this office was knowledgeable and helpful. I like the fact that he was open to listening to what I thought might be good treatment options and then explaining why it was either a good or bad idea. I appreciated that he took the time to review my file prior to meeting with me and seemed knowledgeable about my health history.
After checking with insurance, I was told I could bring my mom here. We were walk-in urgent care, and we were seen within 10 minutes, Shawn Plowman PA helped us, and lemme tell you, from now on, I am also coming here and I will bring my kids if we ever need help! Nicest, kindest doctor I have ever met! Super kind with my mom and he was able to test my mom and checked her symptoms and her tummy and everything! Prescribed her some meds and off we went.
