The most uncomfortable situation for any one who has the Doctor at Optum. You have to go through your name, BD, Phone and answer many questions.

I too, love Dr. Safavi and I wish there was a way around this review. Time after time, I have had specialty care referrals initiated at this practice (RSM) and the majority of the time, they are done wrong (e.g. a referral for five back injections within a four week period (not possible)). After several phone calls to try to fix this, I am at a loss. I don't know what to do other than just pay the hundreds of dollars that I now owe my pain management doc, to fix Optum's error. I give up and will go elsewhere.
