Optum has been great for me. I have been going there for years. My old Doctor moved to another place and so I got Dr Nguyen. He is knowledgeable, patient, and a good listener. They also provide other services like x-rays and mammograms. If they don’t have what you need they will send you where you can be taken care of. From the front check-in to the back they are polite, compassionate, and kind. Thank you.

So disheartening to see what this clinic has become. My family have been patients here since it was called Cassidy Clinic. Many choices of excellent doctors, you knew the staff and they knew you. Since Optum ….not so good. I’ve moved on to a new doctor. For me personally….the land the clinic is on is just shy of sacred….maybe the reason why I never even considered changing doctors till Optum came along. It was the site of the Vista Drive In…..many memories for me and I’m sure lots of others.
