I’m beyond frustrated with Optum Vista. The front desk staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I came in I felt like I was a burden just for showing up. When my doctor quit (which now makes total sense) to go open his new practice in Vista? I finally decided I’d had enough and asked for my medical records so I could move on. Poor service at Optum Vista in Oceanside. Rude staff and constant long waits make it frustrating every time. I’ll be looking elsewhere for care. I used to be a patient of Dr. Kareem Moasis who now has opened his own private practice called Oasis Medical Group off Sycamore Ave in Vista. I heard his new office is beautiful and his staff are wonderful. I’ll be heading there and taking my whole family with me. Best of luck to this place don’t think it’ll be operating for too long…
Stay away at all costs!!! If you want to wait 7 months to see a doctor and have all your prescriptions delayed go to Optum Vista. My experience at this Clinic in Oceanside was very disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, making what should have been a routine visit unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, the wait times were extremely long, even with an appointment, which shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. We had to stop seeing Dr. Michael Karp because he retired. However, I decided to continue with this office since we had such a great experience before. Today we saw Dr. Krap, and once again we were reminded of the quality of care, professionalism, and true vocation that go far beyond a regular consultation.
