I drove over an hour to get here because I liked my doctor with Optum but I got to the address that's listed on their voice message system and on Google and apparently it was the wrong address. They moved April 2024 and it's now January 2025 and it hasn't been updated anywhere. The reminder text I got for my appointment didn't mention an address change. I was 15 minutes late since I drove from the other location and they wouldn't take me.

I love Dr. Lau but seriously EFF this company. I had in text appt was at 8:30. Google says they open at 8:30. FIX your info. I show up at 8:35 and they wouldn’t see me since they said appt was 8:20 and only 10 minute grace period. I drove 40 minutes here. Seriously about to leave this group and find a better and more caring medical co. I work in the medical field and this is unheard of. Be better- be kinder.
