Worst experience. Bad time to go 3 months with phone issues. Wrong paperwork to do blood. Don't return calls just wait for you to show up and then you cant do anything but go back home. Or call you 1 time when your already on the way. 35 minites. Your a joke of a company and you have no business helping people with C. No business at all. You might as well be a car dealer. Unreal.
The nicest group of people. From front desk to the doctor Faylona. The nurses that do the chemotherapy treatments are all so supportive and kind. Well I’m adding to my review as I just got off the phone with Laura to get Rx refilled and she said doctor has 72 hours to refill. Then she rushed me off the phone. I’ll see doctor tomorrow and request refill. Changed rating from 5 to 3
Gail is a major asset to this location. The team is very comforting and genuine. Dr. J and Dr. Salamat are very compassionate doctors. Very thorough. Not in an hurry to leave. Both answered all of my questions and any questions from my support team.
Very bad experience my mom had a 1 pm appointment. I took her there at 12:45 she wasn't seen until 3:30 pm. Everybody was decent enough. but the long wait was unacceptable. I will not take her to this location anymore. Just too slow. This was Optum cancer care on Charleston and rancho.
Mi experiencia en la clínica es super buena tanto. como con las chicas de recepción, enfermeras y los Doctores ya no se diga muy amables , la área de Quimioterapia al igual todos te atienden con una bella sonrisa 😃. Toda la clínica bien limpia. Y lo importante que son bilingües no niegan hablar español.😃😍👍
