Be cautious during your annual check-up! Don’t let them check your ears if you don’t want to be charged extra—they billed me over $60 just to remove earwax. On top of that, the lab charged me $330 for tests that weren’t covered by insurance. Make sure you’re clear about what’s included in your check-up to avoid unexpected fees. Such a frustrating experience!

Do not go here. My insurance changed, I called to verify that my new insurance would work for a very important and time sensitive appointment I’d been waiting for for WEEKS. I show up and they said they don’t take my insurance and I asked how it was possible for them to take my insurance information over the phone and guarantee that it would be taken, only to find out it wasn’t. She couldn’t answer the question and just insinuated it was all my fault. Horrible service.
