Today 1/26/26. The receptionist Sonia told me I had paper work to fill out. She told me that I could only do it online. When I asked where to go, to fill out the information I needed to, she wasn’t aware on how to help me with that. She then asked her coworker beside her for help, the coworker then barely trys to help and informs me to just try again next time I come in. The doctors at the San Pedro Office don't care and are not sending refill prescriptions. I need my medication and they are ignoring the pharmacy's request. The office manager is never available to help. What kind of doctor's office are they running?
