My family and I have been a patient at this facility for over 35 years. The personal has always been efficient and professional. They treat people's health seriously and with compassion. I strongly recommend this facility for your families health needs.
Great location and nice facility.
I love this Optum. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I recently changed my Primary Care Doctor to Daniel Placick, M.D., and I could not be happier. He makes you feel at ease and is easy to talk to. If you need a new doctor, give Optum a try.
Today 1/26/26. The receptionist Sonia told me I had paper work to fill out. She told me that I could only do it online. When I asked where to go, to fill out the information I needed to, she wasn’t aware on how to help me with that. She then asked her coworker beside her for help, the coworker then barely trys to help and informs me to just try again next time I come in.
