I wish there was another health care entity that I could switch to from Optum.
Always a good experience
Save yourself some time and money by not going to Optum. It is quite a bit of hassle to get any orders in on time for any tests the doctor wants you to do. A whole different story if you need to get follow up tests. I had to reschedule my mammogram and ultrasound every single time because they never have the orders ready! It took over 2 hours to get an order in when I went to the west hills office in person. This office lacks organization and is very poorly run! This will be my last visit to this terrible facility!
