I need urgent help. I’ve been on hold over an hour. Optum misspelled my medication, blocking CVS from filling it. I’ve now been without it for 2 weeks and I’m not feeling well. Please fix this ASAP. It shouldn't be this hard to get a medication.
Dr. Choi is our family’s new primary care doctor and we could not be happier. She is smart, practical and takes time with her patients. Highly recommend. Optum has a lot of convenient locations as well. So far, so good!
