Don't bother they care only about money!
$222 for 10 min prescription refill appointment! That is exactly double what Dr. Vogler charged before he retired a few months ago. In addition, their phone system is an absolute nightmare. Every time I call them I can expect to carve out between 20 minutes to an hour out of my life trying to get a hold of a real person. So frustrating!! Complete waste of time and resources, you’ll waste 12 mins of your life with no direction- but they like to collect!
I love John Moore and the care from him and his nurse. But since they joined Optum it has been a nightmare! So difficult to get through on the phone to ask a simple question. Impossible to get through to make an appointment, and when you finally get someone they put you on hold forever! I hate to switch docs, but I’m thinking about it. I really miss Sandy Practice.
Ever since Optum took over, my experience has been terrible. Filling my prescription used to be easy, now they’ve outsourced everything to a call center. After my doctors appointment with them approved me for the medication, I repeatedly told them the Walgreens I wanted it sent to, and each time they apologized and sent it to a Walmart instead. I would call back and say “no, that’s not correct. It needs to go this Walgreens (and gave them the address)”. They apologized again, and sent it to Walmart again! They did this for d... read more
