Excellent service specially with Matthew NP
Whenever I have an emergency with my children, or for myself or my family, I always come to this place, and so far, they have treated us very well. I really liked Dr. Jose Vargas. He was very kind and clearly knows what he is doing. A 10 out of 10 for him.
I called to make an urgent appointment and the girl the front desk declined to run my insurance information and told me if I come in im going to be charged 115 dollars. Is this policy for this practice to not run someones insurance number or information and automatically try to charge? Then hang up on you when you ask to speak to someone else? Really unprofessional and rude behavior front desk staff member refused to pick up the phone for me. Basically told me to go somewhere else(to northwell) or go to the er. Directing bus... read more
