Came in w a bleeding toe. Reception had me walk back and forth w blood trailing “you can sit” “wait come back” for 10min. Like. I’m fine but there’s blood in the lobby now… are we all good w that? Anyway they will charge you 700$ for a bandaid if you use your insurance which is a little insane!
Was seen fast, staff was very compassionate. The PA was very informative.
Everyone was courteous & professional
Staff is always amazing and quick in diagnosing the real issue. I wish they could just be my primary at this point.
I highly recommend them for minor emergencies that don't need the ER
