Muy mala, es preferible ir al hospital
I was being generous about calling before arrival because I could have just walked in as it’s urgent care, but Kay she says her name is that answered the phone says tonight they do not take walk ins. Although I live two minutes away, they close in 45 minutes. It seemed more of an inconvenience if I came in than them no longer taking patients for the night.
I was misdiagnosed with the flu when I came to OPTUM with bronchitis. I waited over 45 min to be seen and the only thing they gave me was ibuprofen and a pat on the back. I called 2 days later and was met with classless attitude from the receptionist. I had to go to the AFM urgent care to actually find out what was wrong, and was put on steroids for weeks.
