Went for a coronavirus test for my wife, and she was able to get tested. Now we have been waiting 10 days and still no word back with our results. When we called them today the phone just keeps ringing and there is no answer and no voicemail. How is this an Urgent Care that people can rely on when feeling sick? Also, extremely unhelpful and lack of a caring office staff who answer the phones. The Doctors and Nurses (the whole staff) are so friendly and patient. I had so much confidence in them when they were taking care of my daughter. My daughter even requested that we return to them for the follow up because she felt so comfortable.
This place is great, the wait is never too long and they know what they are doing. I was out in 40 minutes tonight with my prescription sent directly to my pharmacy. I have taken my sons here and they take very good care of them too. The doctor s have a mixed bedside manner and don't waste your time.
Marci' is a wonderful front desk manager and was extremely attentive; going above and beyond to help me with paperwork and faxing information to me! The doctors I have seen have been great as well as the PAs.
Clean, helpful, easy X-ray and splint on a Saturday. They were positive and encouraging and got me in and out fairly quick!
Please do not go to the office on via campos in montebello, especially urgent care. I got a couple of wrong diagnostic. Doctors was going back anf forth with treatment options, one would say to take the med despite my pharmacist contacted him and raised concern( I am pregnant and was around 5 weeks when i went in to see the urgent care doctor). Given 2 types of generic drugs of the same prescription.. Totally confused pills were different shape and sizes.
Pharmacy switched my medication without notice causing lapse in my treatment and a mess with my insurance company
Save yourself the headache. My husband is very I'll and this office refused to help him or call back regarding his health concerns. The doctor is almost never there and refused to write him doctor's notes when he had to miss work because he would not see him in the afternoon. The staff is ridiculously unprofessional, and don't want to help. There is also an oriental woman who is supposedly the office manager and she is very rude. This office is slow and uncaring.
