Beware. Do not push the button on the google profile that says “book”. That’s a third party application that Optum doesn’t recognize. And although “management is aware” of the problem, they won’t honor the booking because of course “today we only have a single provider” on staff. For the entire place. REVIEWING FOR WALK IN URGENT CARE I scheduled on the app, came in, was seen within 15 minutes. Very efficient and and fast. Peter (visiting nurse from Kingston) was friendly and very efficient! Currently waiting for the Doctor to come by and say Hi - but so long as nothing bad happens I will keep this review 5star!
The best service I’ve ever had at a medical center. From the front desk lady to the nurse and doctors -the employees are so so loving , attentive , caring and kind. Also the total time I spent there was one one hour
All reception and medical staff were professional, courteous and friendly
