Absolutely the worst experience. I made an appointment for my sick child for 1:15. I got to the RB walk in and they said that they had no record of my appointment. I showed her my confirmation text for 1:15p and she said well you are not on the schedule. I said well there is 1 woman here waiting to be seen so we will go in after her and she responded “no because other people have appointments.” I will never go here again and will be looking to switch out of all of Optum. The nurse helped me recall a medicine name which had eluded me for a while. Grateful! The rest of the staff was pleasant and professional.
Everyone was so friendly and kind! I appreciated the receptionist Ann Marie’s empathy and personable nature, and the PA Tiffany was also very empathetic and conducted a thorough physical exam and testing for my cold. I appreciated that she followed up with a message for me in case I had any questions. I’ll be back to this office again!
I was billed twice for a visit. When I sent in documents showing that I had already paid the bill, all I received in return was another bill. I am 84 years old and feared that there would be legal issues if I didn't pay the bill a second time. My stress level exceeded my anger. So do NOT USE OPTUM unless you want to potentially pay your bill more than once.
