Every experience I’ve had with Optimus has been exhausting. For obgyn, they test me but I never hear back from them regarding results. My prescription is messed up every month and I have to call to resolve. Today I tried to get urgent care. It says they’re closed. Finally found the actual urgent care number and there’s no answer. I have needed to use Optum's walk-in clinic several times over the years. The experience has been consistently good. Providers at the clinic are highly competent, and always demonstrate respect and humanity as well.
All went very well. No delays. Staff all were professional. Top rating from this OPTUM patient.
