First time going to this place because my father fell and broke or dislocated his middle finger. At check-in they charge a copay - no cash accepted. Once we were in a room, we find out they couldn't take an X-ray because the technician was not in today. The doctor came in and didn't do much except recommend we take him to a near emergency room where they can take an X-ray and determine if the finger is broken or just dislocated. Everyone was friendly but, it truly was a waste of time and money.
Quick and easy check-in and check-out. They let you know the expected wait time, and the service was fast. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with Optum Urgent Care.
