There isn’t one good thing I could say about this office. I started with them when they were still part of the Advo Care ownership, when Optum took over patient care dropped drastically. Calling the office now meant you’d almost always face a 45+ minute hold time, and mistakes became critical level. I actually had the wrong quantity of a medication sent over more than once to the pharmacy. Hours listed on google are WRONG
Not an urgent care! Not accepting new patients. walked in with my glucose 2000. Not a diagnosed diabetic, but did an at home urine test. I was scared and desperate for help and guidance. They refused to treat me. watched me wait 30 minutes for my next uber to show up but still refused to help me.
I was told today during my appointment, if I didn’t like it. I could find another provider. I couldn’t get out of that office fast enough and I did just that. I’ve been going to this practice for over 15 years. It’s changed names, locations and now the care and customer service they provide is a disgrace.
