They don’t do X-rays at all, but they advertise that they do. There’s even a sign in the vestibule that says they do. What is the point of this establishment?
Really disappointed in the care I received last Friday. I went in for extreme ear pain with sores in my mouth. Told me I was already on an antibiotic so nothing they could do. Went to see my regular dr a few days later and they sent me right to the er. Turns out I have Ramsey Hunt syndrome and treatment needs to be immediate. If the dr would have actually spent more then 1.5 minutes with me and actually listened I could have received treatment 4 days earlier.
Optum STINKS. They're owned by United Healthcare. I paid my bill several years ago and they are to this day still billing me for what was paid several years ago. So Glad Dr. Furey left there. I now see him at his new medical office. Optum likes to harass people just like its parent company
The worst urgent care that I've been to. The staff was incompetent and rude. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for compassionate care and to be seen in a timely manner.
This business is permanently closed, at least as of February, 2026. I've informed Googles twice, but they take no note.
