I visited Optum Urgent Care and was disappointed with my interaction with the front desk staff member. Her demeanor became noticeably unfriendly after she saw me and heard me speak. Her tone and attitude felt hostile and unwelcoming, making me feel as though my presence made her uncomfortable for some reason. Regardless of the intention, no patient should be made to feel this way when seeking medical care. I hope management addresses the importance of treating every patient with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
