This is one of the best urgent care visit I have ever had. From the receptionist desk to the doctor's consultation; everything went perfectly smooth. It was a thanksgiving day and I needed to get tested for strep throat due to symptoms. Most of the urgent care facilities, including my primary care provider was closed. This is an excellent urgent care facility. I found myself suddenly feeling sick and needed to see a doctor. It was 8 pm and all the other City MD centers near me were closing. I found this Optum Urgent Care center on my phone while doing a search and saw that it was open till 9 pm. I quickly went over there and signed in. The place was empty. Staff is great, attentive. They make sure you’re taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. The doctors care about working with patients (me) on an agreeable treatment plan. The facility is clean, comfortable waiting area. I wish they also had primary care.
Excellent staff super friendly and compassionate. The gentleman at the front desk was outstanding and very helpful answered all questions and very knowledgeable.Doctor gave a great examination and was great explaining everything.I give them high marks and recommend optum urgent care on Morris park a plus 10.
